Getting Started
How long does setup take? +
About 15 minutes. You connect your Square account, set up invoice email forwarding for food cost tracking, and enter your fixed costs. Your dashboard starts populating with real data immediately after connecting Square.
What POS systems do you support? +
PrimeIQ is built exclusively for Square. Square connects automatically via OAuth — takes 2 minutes. Revenue, labor from timecards, and payment data all sync automatically every day.
Do I need to connect my payroll system? +
No separate payroll system needed. PrimeIQ reads labor directly from Square timecards — as long as your employees clock in and out on the Square POS, labor cost tracks automatically. No CSV uploads, no payroll software required.
Can I add more locations later? +
Yes. Go to Settings → Locations and click "+ Add New Location". No additional cost — the $500/month covers unlimited locations.
Data & Updates
How often does my data update? +
Data syncs automatically from Square every day. Revenue, labor from timecards, and invoice data update daily. No manual uploads needed.
How far back can I see data? +
PrimeIQ pulls up to 90 days of historical data from Square on your first sync. After that, data accumulates automatically every day.
Is my data secure? +
Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in Supabase on AWS infrastructure. Each account can only access its own data. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I export my data? +
Yes — use the Export CSV button in any dashboard view to download that data. You can also request a full data export by emailing justin@primeiq.io.
Pricing & Billing
What does $500/month include? +
Everything — unlimited locations, all dashboard features, daily and weekly email reports, CSV uploads, direct support from Justin. No per-location fees, no feature tiers, no hidden charges.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing or email justin@primeiq.io. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is there a free trial? +
We offer pilot access to a small number of operators before charging. Email justin@primeiq.io to ask about pilot status. The demo dashboard at primeiq.io/dashboard?demo=1 shows exactly what you'd get with your own data.
What happens after the pilot ends? +
You'll get an email from Justin before the pilot ends. If you want to continue, you subscribe at $500/month. If not, your account stays read-only for 30 days then your data is deleted.

How do I get help? +
Reply to any email from justin@primeiq.io — I check it throughout the day. For urgent issues, email justin@primeiq.io directly. Response time is usually under 2 hours during business hours.
Do you help with setup? +
Yes. If you're having trouble getting your data in, email justin@primeiq.io and I'll walk you through it. Setup support is included in the subscription.
