Privacy Policy
PrimeIQ ("we", "us", "our") operates primeiq.io and provides restaurant analytics software. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Account information: Your name, email address, and password (hashed, never stored in plain text)
- Restaurant data: Sales records, labor data, and delivery data you upload or connect via your POS system
- Location information: Restaurant name, address, and operating costs you enter during setup
- Usage data: Which pages you visit in the dashboard and when, to improve the product
- Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number
How we use your data
- To generate your dashboard analytics — food cost, labor cost, prime cost, delivery tracking
- To send your daily and weekly email reports
- To provide customer support when you contact us
- To improve PrimeIQ based on aggregate usage patterns
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data to anyone, ever
- We do not share your restaurant's financial data with third parties except as required to provide the service (Supabase for database, Render for API hosting)
- We do not use your data for advertising
- We do not train AI models on your data
Data storage and security
Your data is stored in Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is controlled by row-level security — your account can only access your own data.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we will delete your data within 30 days upon written request to justin@primeiq.io.
Your rights
- Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
- Portability: Export your data in CSV format from the Settings page
Cookies
We use localStorage (not traditional cookies) to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
