Terms of Service

By using PrimeIQ ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The Service

PrimeIQ provides restaurant analytics software that tracks food cost, labor cost, prime cost, delivery performance, and other operational metrics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis at $500/month.

Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information during signup
• One account per restaurant group — do not share accounts between unrelated businesses
• You must be 18 or older and authorized to enter contracts on behalf of your business

Acceptable use

You may use PrimeIQ for your own restaurant operations. You may not:

• Resell or sublicense access to the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Upload data you don't own or aren't authorized to share
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Your data

You own your data. We process it on your behalf to provide analytics. You can export your data at any time from the Settings page. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Payment and cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You can cancel at any time from the Settings page — no cancellation fees
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated by email. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

Accuracy of analytics

PrimeIQ analytics are based on data you provide or connect. The accuracy of your dashboard depends on the accuracy of your source data. We are not responsible for decisions made based on your dashboard data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeIQ's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email of material changes to these terms with at least 14 days notice.
